From the website to the delivery, everything about purchasing my Hughes Bench from Joybird was FUN! I am not an impulse shopper so I searched for months for just the right piece for my new apartment. Just one day after ordering it went on sale, so I called Joybird and they adjusted the price! Watching your piece go into production is pretty cool. It was finished ahead of schedule and delivered (white glove) within a week and now it is our favorite piece!
