Ordered the page bench with fabric that I purchased elsewhere. The process was fantastic start to finish. Joybird even stored the completed bench until my moving day. It is such an incredibly beautiful piece. Only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you flop down on the bench in a particular way, you can feel the support slat under the cushion. Other than that, it's all fabulous. Don't hesitate, Joybird is awesome.
