I was unaware of the real scale and size of the chairs and was happily surprised when they arrived. It is a chair that i can curl up in, hang my legs over the arms, fit me, my books and computer, join my husband ('cause it fits two!) I love everything about it. The fabric, the quality of the workmanship the size. This is a GREAT chair. We have two--not yet sure it they really fit the space or if we only should have 1...

Although I had the measurements and layed them out on the floor before ordering, the chair was much larger than expected in person so I had to place it elsewhere in the room. It's still a gorgeous chair and I love it. Very roomy and comfy. Nice fabric. Got it to go with my Hughes sectional, but in a contrasting color. The build and shipping was quick, although the actual delivery took longer than originally planned but that was the freight company's problem and not Joybird's. Great customer service from Joybird so far!

We weren't sure about ordering furniture online so we studied up on Joybird and decided to start with one piece. We chose the Hughes chair because of it's classic style and beautiful angles. We ordered the fabric swatches and narrowed it down to a few favorites. We liked the Cordova fabrics because of their wonderful textures. When our chair was delivered it immediately became my wife's favorite place to sit. Roomy and very comfortable. She decided we needed a pair of the Hughes chairs so we can sit together and watch the fireplace on those cool winter nights. We love our chairs and will be buying more furniture from Joybird in the near future.

I'm not much of a gambler but still ordered this chair in Lucky Turquoise without actually touching or sitting in any of their furniture or seeing a fabric sample! I figured with their return policy being so liberal I had nothing to lose! Well I didn't have anything to worry about, the chair is fantastic! The color is vibrant and bold without being to bright, the fabric is tight and strong, the seat and back is firm and roomy! I have received many complements and mentioned your site to everybody! Thanks for making it easy to order and return if ever I needed it!

like the chair. the fabric is really nice and doesn't pill. it's bigger than i anticipated but the low profile helps. the cushion on the chair is slightly malformed. could be a "bag egg" and not indicative of the full product line. service is fantastic and it arrived as scheduled.

Love my new Hughes Chair in Bentley Pewter fabric with walnut stained legs. I wanted a firm chair with soft fabric, great design and great customer service and Joybird delivered! I was a little hesitant to order something sight unseen but I am so glad I purchased this chair! Also got the Hughes sofa in same fabric. This is a generous sized chair and it seems really well made. I think the sofa and chair are a good value - good quality for the money. The folks at Joybird were great - answered questions, frequent communication, very responsive and just very nice to work with. The delivery was with JB Hunt in our local area - they did a great job as well. Thanks Joybird!!
