Solid beech wood. Once assembled, frames undergo a 5 stage sanding process followed by a 3 stage hand rubbed finishing process. Made with responsibly-sourced wood.

The chair goes very well with my parents danish modern furniture which they had since I was a child. It's just the right size for the area I needed it for. It has a modern flair with the boxier arms but would fit in with many types of decor.
The oatmeal fabric seems more white than I had thought, but still works with my couches. This is a welcome addition, may give it to my niece in the future as she has the danish modern chairs from my parents & they would work well together.
