I am thrilled I took a chance and ordered this gorgeous Hughes Sofa online. I have never bought such a large piece of new furniture, so a lot of thought went into this purchase. I customized this Hughes sofa slightly, getting 3 seat cushions instead of two, and hey, they did it right! I picked the "Cordova Carnival" color fabric, which is absolutely eye-popping. There is no way I can do justice describing this color. It appears to be a bright red, on the orange side, but the reason it's so beautiful is because there are multiple colors in the fabric; varying shades of reds and oranges, a dash of pink maybe. The wood is lovely; I chose Natural.
The sofa is sooooo comfortable. It's like sitting on a Heavenly Cloud. My friends, and my cats, are impressed. There is no mistaking the quality.
The Delivery Service, J.B. Hunt Final Mile, was prompt and courteous. It was no easy feat getting the sofa into the house, due to the narrow entryway, and they remained pleasant throughout the ordeal. One of the Delivery Guys said something about how if we ever wanted to sell the house, it would sell simply because of how marvelous the sofa makes it look.
The Hughes Sofa is retro and fresh, simultaneously.
It is perfect, and when I came home from work today (it was delivered yesterday), my house really seemed like it had a whole new feel. A great new vibe!

what I really liked about Joybird was the fact that they would alter the size of the sofa for a very fair price. I needed one that was longer than a loveseat but shorter than a sofa (I live in a small condo). The fabric choices were great and I went with the charcoal micro fiber (pet friendly). I also loved the fact I could flip over the seat cushions. The sofa is gorgeous & very comfortable, the customer service was excellent and so was the delivery and setup of the sofa. This sofa was very well worth the cost and I hope I can send you more business. Thank you so much for such a great experience.
