The entire process, even from the beginning of just having the fabric swatches mailed to us was a wonderful experience. We (family of two adults, three young kids, and a dog) live in a smaller mid century ranch, and trying to find furniture that fits that style and works for our family proposed challenge, but I am so glad we found Joybird.
We ordered this loveseat and matching sofa in a beautiful navy velvet, and I loved getting the updates as the pieces were being constructed. Some one even emailed me directly to ask if we wanted to have the white glove delivery, but because it was said to take a couple weeks longer, and I was too excited to wait any longer than necessary, I passed. They ended up upgrading it anyway, and even delivered two weeks earlier than the initial timeframe!
The sofa and loveseat themselves are absolutely incredible. The quality of fabric, the sound construction, and surprising high level of comfort are top notch.
If anyone has any hesitation with ordering online, there is no reason. Everything from the customer service to the products themselves have turned out to be far beyond expectations.

I wanted a really great couch, but everything I liked, combining quality and design, was way too expensive for my budget. Joybird let me design exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. It's hard to purchase furniture without being able to test it out first. Joybird's free swatches and return policy made it much easier to give them a shot.
And now my couch is here...
It's beautiful. It's exactly what I wanted. It's comfortable and stylish. It looks amazing with everything I already owned because I was able to take the swatches on a trial run before ordering. I'm really, really impressed. I just wish I had more room in my living room for more Joybird!

I was looking for something unique, midcentury, personal, and made in the USA. Enter Joybird! I was delighted to find it standing out amidst the onslaught of other mass produced, crappy furniture made overseas from freshly chopped down rainforest trees.
My dwelling reflects my personality and the Korver sofa is exactly the piece I was looking for - priced right, and well made by a cool company. Joybird knows how to do customer service right.
The couch itself is much more comfortable than I expected, the notion hypnotique fabric more beautiful. Round of applause!

Color is lovely. It fits the space wonderfully and looks great. All of my family love it, even my teenagers.

The hardest decision was picking the fabric colour. The biggest surprise was definitely the quality. The high-density foam is firm and feels like it will last a long time. It is difficult to tell in the online photos, but there are buttons on the seat cushion. I would prefer them not to be there, but it doesn't effect the comfort at all. That being said, I really wouldn't change anything about this item. It's my favourite piece of furniture.
