First of all, I've gotten a lot of compliments on this rug, and I have to say that in terms of color and feel, it's great!

However, there are a couple of very important detractors to note:
(1) This rug is made by Surya and does not actually come with the 365-day Joybird return policy -- despite it being listed as such on this page! I ran into this issue when I tried to return it because of my second point...
(2) It's substantially smaller than it's listed dimensions. My 5'x8' rug was actually 4'9"x7'2". That may not sound like a lot of difference, but I didn't expect the dimensions to be over 10% off from the stated values!

Ultimately, I like the look and feel of this rug, but I feel a bit deceived.
