Very happy with the make, fabric, and comfort of this custom-made couch. Only wish the chaise lounge was longer, but that is our fault for not measuring properly. Very comfortable, stylish, sturdy, and looks great! The sofa also arrived ahead of its scheduled delivery date (at least two weeks sooner) and anytime I called, I spoke with polite and knowledgeable customer service representatives. I highly recommend Joybird!
