Kiln dried hardwood. Once assembled, frames are wrapped in 2lb foam exceeding industry standards. Made with responsibly-sourced wood.

I WAS INITIALLY VERY IMPRESSED W/THE TIMELY RESPONSES TO MY QUESTIONS AND THEIR FOLLOWUPS W/THE SWATCHES (WHICH ARE BEAUTIFUL) , ORDERING, & CONSTRUCTION. HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SECTIONAL UNTIL ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFER THE DATE THEY HAD INDICATED WHEN I ORDERED IT. I HAD TO REPEATEDLY EMAIL THEM ABOUT THE DELAY, I WAS TOLD THEY HAD RUN OUT OF THE FABRIC I HAD ORDERED (LUCKY TURQOISE)- THEY KNEW THE TYPE OF FABRIC I WAS ORDERING, HOW COULD THEY RUN OUT OF IT AT THE LAST MINUTE? ANYWAY, DELIVERY WAS VERY SMOOTH AND TIMELY. MY ONLY CONCERN ABOUT THE SECTIONAL IS, THR CUSHION FABRIC OF THE LOUNGE SECTION IS WRINKLED AND I CANNOT GET IT TO BE SMOOTH AS THE OTHER CUSHIONS, THE LONGE IS SMALLER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED, ALTHOUGH I AM NOT THAT TALL WHEN I LAY ON IT, MY FEET DANGLE OFF THE END OF THE CUSHION. OTHERWISE, IT IS A BEAUTIFUL SECTIONAL
