Kiln dried hardwood. Once assembled, frames are wrapped in 2lb foam exceeding industry standards. Made with responsibly-sourced wood.

I love my Eastwood Sofa. The shape is mid-century fun. The Lucky Platinum (light grey) fabric makes it subtle and versatile. It's very firm but really comfortable. Plus, the cats have been testing the durability of the fabric and it appears to be strong like bull.

Delivered exactly when I expected in 4 weeks, the fabric is beautiful in person, the Hypnotic. It is substantial and very well made. I expect this sofa to last us a long time. It is a pleasure shopping with Joybird!

I was sick of buying couches from chain furniture stores that lasted about a year before they got saggy and started looking awful. At first I was hesitant to buy a sofa from an online-only retailer, but I am so glad I made the plunge! I love the fabric I chose, and the Eastwood looks amazing in person, I get tons of compliments on it. The quality and construction are top notch, and I have no doubt it will last for many years. It was also delivered well before the estimated time frame, which I was very happy about. Thank you Joybird for being awesome!

Our sofa buying experience with Joybird was actually easy & fun! They kept us informed every step of the way and our sofa was delivered EARLIER than expected with ZERO headaches! (Much more than I can say about other well known furniture companies.) The Eastwood Sofa is beautiful, comfortably firm and well constructed. The seams are welted & the cushions sit perfectly. (Because of the angled edge of the seat cushions, they cannot be flipped, but I was aware of that. The center cushion technically could be flipped, but there is a visible seam. I was aware of that as well from a previous reviewer.) We chose Echo Licorice which is a beautiful soft grey. It has a suede-like finish so if you look closely you can see a butt print after someone gets up! However, I love the sofa so much that it doesn't bother me. You can "erase" it with a sweep of your hand.

This sofa is beautiful and comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the front edges of the seat cushions aren't quite filled with the foam/batting, so they sort of come to an awkward point. I'm hoping they'll soften up some and fill out a little better with some use.

We fell in love with the sleek lines of the Eastwood sofa the moment we set eyes on it. Once it arrived, it was everything we expected and more. Having now had it in our living room for the past three weeks, we can say not only is it gorgeous, but it is so comfortable and durable. We would not hesitate to recommend Joybird. The customer service was outstanding and the product is exactly as described. No need to worry that you cannot see the furniture in person before ordering, especially with free shipping and returns. Jpybird made every aspect of our purchase easy and even fun!

We recently received our Eastwood sofa and love it!! The entire ordering process was amazing, with plenty of help from your staff. All questions were answered.
I would have given the sofa 5 stars except for one tiny disappointment. The underside of the cushions have a seam, visible midway down the cushion.preventing you from flipping them over for even wear. We will still flip, and return to right side for company.
All in all it was an enjoyable, positive experience. So much so, we just ordered a second one last night! Thanks Joybird!! James and Julie

Up here in new england mid-century furniture is hard to come by. I had been looking at Joybird but had been reluctant to purchase given that I couldn't see it until it arrived. A great return policy convinced me to pull the trigger. I'm very glad I did! The quality is exceptional, "in person" looks are as good as on-line, and Joybird's service was great. I absolutely recommend these folks and wish them the best of luck with their business!
