I can't stop talking about Joybird Furniture! From my first call to customer service to discuss the space limitations of my small home to the personalized thank you card, to the daily messages updating the build of my sofa to the perfect delivery, you guys are one outstanding team. Your customer service is beyond any I have received anywhere, you should hold "how to" seminars for quite a number of other companies that I can think of but won't name.
As for my couch I love it, it's the perfect color and its couch nap worthy!

Wow, we couldn't be more pleased. We looked and looked at all local stores, trying to find a mid-century modern couch and nothing was available. So we happened across Joybird and decided on the Eliot couch. The entire experience was awesome. Customer service was outstanding. They kept us in the know on the status of our order, and now we've had it for about a month and we're so in love. So much so we've ordered the Eliot love seat. After that we're going to order the Eliot bench for our dining room. Most comfortable couch ever, and it is so beautiful! Do yourself a favor, order from Joybird.

The Eliot sofa has exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure about ordering online without knowing the feel or sit of the sofa. Would it feel a bit unstable and flimsy? No, not at all! This sofa is solidly built, and I can tell the craftmanship is top notch. It is a great size for a nap.
I have worked in the past in the furniture industry for 10 years and got to know vendors and manufacturers in the States and abroad.... what I can say is that Joybird has done their homework. I got a custom sofa built for me-- at a really affordable price... You may have a repeat customer in the making.

This was a great purchase for us. I was bit apprehensive to purchase a couch sight unseen, but after having an opportunity to look around at other online sites as well as brick and mortar stores this really seemed like a great option. Fast forward to a few weeks later and our couch came, it fit the space, we like the color and the quality, and are now looking to add to our joybird collection.

This sofa is gorgeous. The craftsmanship is superb. It's the best sofa I've ever owned. Everyone that visits considers it as their next sofa purchase. And if that isn't enough, the material is so forgiving with my toddler and his snacks and milk. So easy to clean and nothing has stained.

I got the Key Largo Ebony, which has black threads but also some deep dark grey threads to provide some texture. It looks great; I think they just discontinued that color, however. It's the perfect length for my room and the perfect depth for both sitting and napping.
My only concern is that I'm often afraid I'm going to snap one of the buttons; hasn't happened yet but on a few occasions my clothes have caught one and tugged. This is the worry with any tufted sofa, I suppose.
Another big thumbs up for the customer service. I needed the couch in time for my holiday/housewarming party, and they worked with me to make it happen. When the UPS guy showed up, he commented that he'd never seen a couch so expertly wrapped. No damage. Just unwrap, screw the legs on and lounge.

We absolutely love our new living room! We decided on the Eliot Sofa and Soto chair cushions in the Taylor Felt Grey fabric, which is perfect for a household with two cats. Thankfully, they do not claw furniture, but they can be rambunctious and launch themselves off the furniture. There has not been one snag or evidence of claws at all. It also hides pet hair very well. :)
All of the pieces are beautifully made and very comfortable. Making such a big purchase online and from out of state was a huge leap of faith— I'm so glad I jumped! Thank you Joybird!

The furniture was worth the wait. We had delays due to the shipping strike and then the delivery company lost the chair. However, the furniture is fabulous. Firm and comfortable. Beautiful lines. The customer service was very responsive. Love, love, love our new living room.
