I was definitely nervous about buying a sofa online without having the chance to test it out first, but I am so glad that I took the plunge with joybird! The generous return policy made me more comfortable, not that I needed to use it, since we really love our sofa. I researched other companies and think that joybird offers the best selection (in terms of styles, fabric choices and customization options), as well as the best prices. We were quoted about $600 more for essentially the same sofa somewhere else. The order process went very smoothly, and the sofa even arrived early! The sofa itself is adorable and extremely comfortable, with excellent craftsmanship and construction. Joybird also offers fantastic customer service, with highly responsive, flexible and cheerful agents. I highly recommend joybird, and if I have a chance, I will happily buy from them again.
