We got the Franklin sofa and it's great, comfortable and classy. Not sure how much I like the fabric though. Looks good, but has a layer of fuzz on the top that makes it look like it will show wear and tear sooner.

The sofa is absolutely stunning. Beautiful modern lines, excellent craftsmanship.
Even the delivery guys--brusque truckers--went ga-ga after unwrapping the package. The whole experience is seamless, from ordering to delivery. As long as they keep the pricing at the current rate, this sofa is a great buy.

What an experience! From the free swatch kit - an interior designed friend of mine could not believe that - to the build updates, the Joybird experience was terrific!

It did arrive a bit later than anticipated - but no matter! We could not be more thrilled with the final product! The build quality is as good as furniture costing several times more. We love the bacal platinum upholstery we chose. I can't help but believe that Flo Knoll herself would approve.

We actually ordered two of these. It has now been a month and we are very pleased with our purchase. The steel structure at the base helps them feel very rigid and solid. The build quality is very high. The cushions are firm, but have an appropriate amount of give when seated or laying on them. They feel as if they will last.

We receive compliments from everyone who comes over!

I loved receiving the email updates and even more exciting taking delivery earlier than expected! The sofa is the perfect length, depth, height and firmness we were looking for and the teal fabric choice was a winner too! I would not hesitate to recommend Joybird or to return to them when the need for a finely crafted piece of mid-century modern furniture is called for. Just got our Franklin about a month ago. Love the construction and understated styling. It looks mid-century without looking corny or contrived. The Loft fabric is wonderful; its very substantial and is stitched together so well. We just love it!

We ordered three Franklin sofas in the Lucky Turquoise fabric for our media room. I was nervous about ordering furniture sight unseen, but I could not be happier with the results. The sofas look great and are very comfortable. They do sit a little firm, which I like. It's not one of those sofas where you sink way down into it when you sit down. The cushions maintain their shape really well after use, so you don't have to constantly fluff them up or switch them around. Delivery was perfect as well. Very pleased!

I am old enough to remember the popularity of this style sofa in the 1950's. I did not love it then. However, years later afer being exposed to many different period styles I became aware and turned on by the beauty of this iconic style.

Having just moved from the East coast to California I was excited to find JOYBIRD and then I found the FRANKLIN SOFA to be exactly what I chose above all others. I was thrilled when I was offered choices of colors and fabrics. Overjoyed when sent free samples of fabric. I then waited not so patiently for 9 weeks and the sofa arrived in absolutely perfect condition. So beautiful, so comfortable and so reasonably priced. Don't hesitate, don't be afraid to buy on line, go for it. Fall in love as I did. Love it, love it, love it!

I love the clean lines of the Franklin sofa and it's very comfortable. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite work in my living room space and I'll be returning it. Joybird has great customer service!
