Kiln dried hardwood. Once assembled, frames are wrapped in 2lb foam exceeding industry standards. Made with responsibly-sourced wood.

The couch is quite pretty. However, it has a noticeable crack along one leg and the extra leg for the middle doesn't even come close to touching the floor!
We are concerned that the crack will cause problems later.

The middle leg that is included is an optional support. This leg can be easily screwed into place in the middle of your sofa to maintain the structural integrity of the frame. Often, the center support leg is suspended ½" above the floor, making contact with the floor as weight is applied to the sofa.
We're sorry this info wasn't included with your sofa and we look forward to getting a new base to you.

I bought the Hyland sofa a couple months ago and love it! The cushions are extremely comfortable and large enough that I can comfortably lie down between the arms. The Elizabeth Ocean fabric I chose is a nice rich peacock blue and is very easy to keep clean, even when my cat sheds all over it.
Construction is really solid, and the sewing on seams and cushions seems sturdy and overall done really well. I have no complaints.
