I can't say enough good thing about the company staff and the final products. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The sofa was better than we imagined and even the delivery team was nice. Don't buy your next sofa from the big chain companies buy it here. I am going back for chairs now.

I love this couch. I was very nervous about ordering a sofa online, but the free shipping and free returns made me feel better about doing it, and I'm so glad I did. It is exactly what I expected, and I'm very pleased. There was a slight smell from the foam initially, but it has now faded. I'm fairly sensitive to smells, and I was able to nap on it the day it was delivered, so nothing too bad. The texture of the Elizabeth fabric is lovely, and so far my cats haven't been able to get their claws into it. All in all, a great purchase. When I need another piece of furniture, I'll look at Joybird first.

To say we are extremely pleased with the Raine sofa is an understatement. We've been looking for the perfect sofa for quite some time to go in our living room – something that is timeless but with some personality. Not only does it fit perfectly with the space, but we're so impressed with the quality and comfort. It's nice to finally have a sofa that can fit 4 people.
We were hesitant on purchasing a large piece like this online without physically trying it out, but the excellent customer service and getting swatch samples really eased our decision.
Note: The couch is heavy and pretty deep. I'd compare it to be a little narrower than a twin bed. Which is a nice duel purpose when our friends and family stay over. If you have the space, then I highly recommend the Raine sofa!

Beautifully made and extremely comfortable sofa! We can easily fit 2 adults, a child, and a dog on this couch with room to spare. The sofa is deep and the perfect place to curl up with a good book. Great customer service from your whole team.

I decided to wait on reviewing my Raine Sofa until I'd had it for a couple of months, and needless to say I am still in Love with it. I walk past my living room, stop, and say to myself how good it looks, and how well it compliments my other furnishings. I've never had a sofa with texture (my previous sofas have always been a solid fabric and color), but the Cordova Mineral fabric adds so much warmth to my living room. And the Walnut base of my Rain Sofa matches my Walnut end tables PERFECTLY. In fact, my Raine Sofa will soon be on TV. A location scout liked my living room so much that they shot a commercial for the NBA there, with my Raine Sofa as the Star.
