Nothing but the highest praise for Joybird ...
Never have I had such exceptional service and dedication to getting my order corrected as I have had with Joybird.
I bought a bed in 2016 and loved it. Last summer when I went to paint my bedroom, one of the painters noticed that the bed wasn't put together correctly. One of the runners was resting against the headboard, but the hinge that fit into the headboard wasn't right.

Sleepy Time Goodness
I adore this bed SO MUCH! I've had it now for over 4 years and its gone through three moves and is still as beautiful and sturdy as the day we recieved it. No creaks, pops or general break down as you find with other beds. Supportive, strong and wonderfully made!

Love it
Bed looks great and is very sturdy and solid. Upholstery and fill are done very well. Overall great quality piece. Modern style but can easily flex into transitional spaces as well.
