What I hoped for!
The couch is very attractive. Delivery was very easy (even though I'd read some bad reviews about that and was concerned).
I particularly loved that Joybird sent me a whole packet of swatches. And I LOVE how deep and comfortable the sofa is. Perfect size for my bungalow living room.

Really impressed ...
I’m so happy with the quality, comfort, and look of this couch. The fabric is really substantial and the cushions are sturdy but comfortable. It is deep enough to get cozy but not too deep that it feels awkward. The chaise is long enough that you can stretch out without your feet hanging off. To top it off - the clean lines give it a modern appearance. It also arrived a week earlier than estimated. ...

Mostly comfortable, but defects are distracting ...
The good: the fabric is comfy. It's a large couch with plenty of space for two or even three people. The design looks good.
However, there are some noticeable quality issues that really detract from the couch.
Most noticeably, the two parts of the couch don't line up correctly, so when you look at the back of the couch, it's clear no one checked that the fit was correct.
Joybird did offer to have a technician come out ...
