Adore this couch!
This couch is so stylish and functional. I appreciate the layout where we can go from several people on the couch sitting and chatting to it being a great napping place for my husband and I given its L shape. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and it adds alot to the room! We love it!

Love this- so nice ...
1. Get the swatches. It was hard to choose but great to feel the fabric and see it in my space.
2. Order/ delivery process: real smooth. Projections for delivery were right on point- even ended up coming a bit sooner. Status easy to check. Delivery company shared real time eta- set it up and all was smooth.

Beyond frustrating ...
It took nearly a year to get my sectional. Joybird did not initiate communication for the delay; I spent hours trying to connect with them. Once communication was established they did maintain it. They did to a degree compensate me for the delay, the product was delivered and it looked great. (I received white glove delivery and that process went well). I have had multiple guests sleep on the pull out and everyone has liked ...
