The classiest furniture we have ever purchased. Delivery was terrific. Joybird employees helped us match colors and textures to our room. Only problem is now we have to upgrade the entire room to keep up with with the nice new furniture

Worst customer service ever
Funny thing - I haven’t even received this chair yet because Joybird doesn’t even know where it is. On some loading dock somewhere. It took 4 days of me calling and emailing them to even get that little bit of information from them.
Don’t spend your money here - it’s not worth the heartache.

Beautiful chair, slow production
The chair is very comfortable and beautiful, but it took 5 months from ordering to delivery. COVID hit shortly after our order was placed, so some delays were expected, but there was little to no communication from Joybird about the order's status. And when we would call there was frequently confusion as to the status of the order.
