For the first time I’ve bought something for our home my husband and I both agree on. I had a minor incident where a tufted button cap came off. I’m pretty handy, I thought it would be an easy thing for me to fix. I got on their virtual assistant and told them my issue and asked for a replacement tufted button cap. They went above and not only made me a new cushion. When I asked for a button to have a back up cushion they didn’t send just one they made me a video on how to fix and provided me with two bags of tufted buttons! That’s what I call customer service! You will not be disappointed with your purchase! Joybird is A+ in my books!
