Karen P. We are returning this couch because of the problem with staining with the Taylor fabric on our sectional. We don't want to deal with the same problem with this sofa. Taylor fabric is supposed to be pet/child friendly but any liquid leaves a ring. Joybird has agreed to waive shipping on an exchange however we have to pay for the new sofa and wait for our refund until after our new piece is built, shipped, and delivered, the old piece is picked up, shipped back and receive by Joybird at which time they will issue a refund. So in essence we have to pay for both sofas and then wait a few months to get the refund on the return. This puts a strain on our budget.
