Love it! A little lumpy, but ok
It’s a bit overstuffed and lumpy upon arrival, but I’m sure it’ll all break in once used. The wood actually looks a TAD different than the matching chair I got, but only I can tell I’m sure. All in all, love it!

Great flexible addition to the room ...
Looks really great paired with my two Soto chairs in contrasting Daisy Yellow Bentley fabric or used on their own with any other piece of furniture. I was unaware that the cushions were removable (affixed via Velcro). The attachment is secure but does leave some gap between the cushion and the base and creates some play in how they rest on the base. This will probably improve over time as the cushion and leather breaks ...

Arrived broken--took 3 more months for a new one to be sent ...
We placed an order for 6 pieces of furniture, including a Soto Leather chair and this matching ottoman in November 2017. At that time we were told they would arrive in March 2018. They did not arrive until more than a full month later (April 24, 2018), and this ottoman arrived in pieces. (there were also issues with three of the other pieces we ordered).
