We decided to purchase a nice and lasting sectional couch for our new home and selected the Hughes Sectional Couch in Royale Cobalt. We had few delays in delivery, but expected that ahead of time and did not sell our current set up until we knew the delivery was imminent. Beautiful couch but incomplete and disappointed ...
Just got our round corner sectional yesterday, which actually arrived ahead of estimated schedule by nearly 2 wks. Unfortunately, the brackets weren't attached to the sections so they don't interlock yet and when I called customer service, I was advised I have to wait for Joybird to find a local furniture tech to come to complete the job. This is a challenge since I have 3 young children that keep pushing the sections ...
