Great to work with
The whole process of checking out swatches and then ordering was great, and Joybird was totally available, responsive, and friendly every step of the way. When I didn't love something they sent the delivery company back to pick it up right away. Best delivery experience ever.

Excellent couch
Great couch - the single cushion makes it great for having guests sleep on it as well.

Serena Sofa ...
I'm really happy with my Serena Sofa. I was a little worried about ordering a couch without being able to sit on it, but it's very comfortable and looks great. Although it took quite a while to arrive after being ordered, I was updated the whole way so I knew things were moving along. The day of delivery was painless and they were in and out with my sofa fully set up in probably 10 ...
