Great quality
Got the Selby bed when it was on sale. The entire shopping process was smooth - got an email when it was ready to be delivered, gave me multiple dates to select a delivery date, and then got a tracker to know when exactly the builders would come in and build the bed.
The bed itself is gorgeous, great quality wood and fabric. Only thing to note is that the build process was slightly complicated.

Wonderful Bed
This bed frame is exactly what we were looking for! It's beautiful and has a good amount of space underneath for storage. The fabric look was also perfect for us.

zero stars - unacceptable/unforgivable customer service experience ...
My bed was delivered missing two brackets. The delivery crew did everything they could, but the bed was unusable. I contacted customer service immediately but 5 days later I still haven't gotten any word on when I can expect the missing parts. I've been sleeping on my couch this whole time. The customer service I've received is beyond terrible --- unresponsive, slow, and totally helpless to provide any assistance. I understand that during COVID there ...
