From Our Workshop to Your Family Room
While most of our competitors charge an arm and a leg for shipping, our shipping options are straightforward and affordable for all orders to any destination within the contiguous United States, except to P.O. boxes. Most products over $999 will ship at a rate of $99, both for in-home delivery and curbside. Items under $999 will ship at a rate of $99 for in-home delivery, but at a discounted rate of $49 if curbside delivery is selected (curbside not available on all products.) Shipping rates on decor items from our third-party vendors will vary. Learn more about our range of shipping and delivery options, and choose the method that’s right for you:
We’ll dispatch a premium white glove service to deliver your order on a pre-scheduled date. A skilled delivery team will move and unpack your order to the room of your choice and dispose of all packaging. All products besides decor items from third-party vendors will ship with in-home delivery for $99.
Curbside Delivery (Select Products Only)
Shave 3-6 days off of your waiting time with our fastest shipping method. Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep or closest entrance but will not be unpacked or assembled. This delivery option runs $49 for products under $999 and $99 for products over $999.* We recommended having an extra set of hands around to help. *Not available for all products and some exceptions apply.
Need more time? We can delay the production of your furniture as needed. We’ll push back your order in our queue to be constructed and shipped when you’re ready—your furniture won’t be sitting around in the warehouse collecting dust!
Upgrade your order at checkout to jump ahead in our production queue. Once you agree to the surcharge, your furniture will be ready to ship sooner, arriving at your home faster than our typical turnaround time. Please note that expedited production is not available on all products.
We want you to love anything you order from Joybird. If not, you have 365 days to return your purchase. Simply call us and request a return, and if it’s within 14 days of delivery, you’ll receive a full refund and we’ll pay for return shipping, plus send a carrier to pick up your items. If you’re returning an item outside of the first 14 days, we’ll still send a team to package/pick that item up, and you’ll get a full refund minus the return shipping cost.
