Kids and pets are no match! ...
We've had this for a few years now and it's stood up to babies and dogs. We were initially nervous about how the fabric would stand up to spills and cleanings, but we have *literally* never done anything aside from clean up with water on a rag. Good Customer service
Sectional looks great and is firm and comfortable. The 3rd party delivery service wouldn't attach the pieces together, so we are waiting on Joybird to solve that issue. The customer service has been very good and responsive.

Love our sectional! ...
We ordered this customized configuration of the sectional during the pandemic and even though it was a 3-month wait, it was worth it! The delivery was fairly smooth, however the chaise was missing the chalk outline for the bracket screws. Joybird was easy to work with to get someone to come out and install the brackets correctly so we could attach the chaise to the rest of the pieces! After one year, the fabric and ...
