Not a couch that lasts ...
We purchased our couch in 2019 amd while intially I loved it, it really has failed to stand the test of time. The couch came with one of the cushions defective. Joybird's customer service was great at fixing the problem and immediately sent a new one. However the quality of the fabric as not been to par. We purchased a family/pet friendly fabric, but the color has faded significantly over the last 5 years despite ...

Love the couch, but don't buy the extra protection plan
I love my Eliot sectional. It's very comfortable and durable. However, I don't recommend buying the 5 year "Life Happens" protection plan. I got stains on my couch because of my dog, and asked to see if I could get new cushions under my plan. However, my claim was denied.
