Terrible Customer Service and Damaged Product
The customer service team was unable to work with me on a proper delivery date. The delivery team was rude to me and arrived at a time outside the scheduled window. When I received the desk the top of it had damage and one of the joints does not stay connected to desk. I am still waiting to hear back from Joybird regarding this totally disappointing situation regarding an otherwise beautiful desk.

Excellent executive desk
This is an excellent desk for your office. I would highly recommend a desk pad or glass top however, it is easily scratched which is a shame since it is a gorgeous finish.

Absolutely Gorgeous, but... ...
This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture and I'm so glad to have it. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that the large drawer - which one would assume is for files because this is a desk - is too small for files. I should have read the dimensions; it does say it's only 8" tall. That's my fault, but I'd hate for someone else to spend this much ...
