Bright, vibrant color, very well made. I love how the cushion is always fluffed up. My dogs and toddler use this couch constantly and it is holding up well

Comfy sectional
This couch looks super comfy and is super comfy! Perfect for our basement room to watch movies. Only wished we had bought the ottoman to go with it.

Nice piece, horrid customer service ...
8 months since my initial order date, 3 months since a partial delivery … I’m relieved to have the full piece I ordered and paid for. The couch is great, roomy, comfortable, sturdy… fabric is a lovely color and is easy to clean… all of the things I was looking for. All of that being said, I doubt I will ever place another order with Joybird. The wait times are one thing - I’m well ...
