Really enjoy the look and durability
This is a long term review, had this product for more than a year now. Leather is extremely durable and aging well, even holding its own against a new kitten joining the household. Cushions have not changed in shape or comfort, and I regularly fall asleep on the chaise due to how comfortable it is. Stylistically, it really sets off the space.

Took a gamble and love it!
I bought a sectional from the clearance section. I didn’t get a chance to sit on any Joybird, but based on their reputation I gambled it. It arrived and I love it! Very comfortable and high quality. I’m going to buy another sofa soon!

Great size with bumper
I like that the cushions are firm, which hopefully means the couch will last. The cushions do move a bit when sitting and getting up but I don’t mind pushing them back on the couch.
