Wonderful Bed
This bed frame is exactly what we were looking for! It's beautiful and has a good amount of space underneath for storage. The fabric look was also perfect for us.

zero stars - unacceptable/unforgivable customer service experience ...
My bed was delivered missing two brackets. The delivery crew did everything they could, but the bed was unusable. I contacted customer service immediately but 5 days later I still haven't gotten any word on when I can expect the missing parts. I've been sleeping on my couch this whole time. The customer service I've received is beyond terrible --- unresponsive, slow, and totally helpless to provide any assistance. I understand that during COVID there ...

What a headache ...
I can’t actually review this bed despite ordering it in January, it arrived over a month late with a major manufacturing error. One of the side rails was not made correctly. It took two weeks for Joybird to admit the mistake (this was the end of April) and order a replacement. The replacement is now also very delayed and I can get no update, it is now mid June.
