Accessory and Decor Returns
To initiate a return on our accessories, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for product-specific return procedures. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we receive your return, minus a 10% restocking fee. If you do not ship back the accessory within that 14 day window we can no longer accept it as a return.
Please note: Wallpapers are final sale and cannot be returned.Accessory cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, before the item ships. After that time cancelations are not available and our 14-day return policy applies.
Damaged Items
Joybird is proud of our quality and craftsmanship. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us upon receipt, and we’ll make things right.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Promotions
In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received was dependent upon the grand total cost of the order (commonly called a Buy More, Save More Sale), and part of the order is canceled or returned after making the purchase, then the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Any refunds for items returned or canceled will be subject to this change. Limited edition collections/product/fabrics are not eligible for promotional discount.
Retail Purchase Returns
Our return policy applies to any product purchased on
Joybird.com, via phone by a Joybird Customer Happiness Specialist or at Joybird retail location. Items purchased from a verified Joybird Retail Partner or Pop-Up Shop (identified on our our
Showrooms page as "Joybird at
Retail Location" or "Pop-Up Shop") have partner specific policies and are not subject to the Joybird return policy.
