Made to Order Pieces Ready to Ship Pieces Accessories & Decor Mattresses Clearance Items
These special order items are customized and built just for you; therefore, we do not accept returns.

This includes cases in which an item does not fit. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure all entryways, stairs, elevators, pathways, etc. prior to purchase to ensure a successful delivery.
You may return your item within 90 days of delivery. A 50% restocking fee and your shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Accessories and decor items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Please note: Wallpapers are final sale and cannot be returned. Our Joybird Luxury Mattress comes with a 90 day trial period starting at the date of delivery. If you decide the mattress is not right for you, please contact us to initiate the return process, which includes a full refund. We will work with you to arrange a return pick up through a local charity or recycling partner. 90-day trial excludes all sleeper sofa mattresses. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, except for documented cases of damage by the carrier. Clearance items are not eligible for warranty. All manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Cosmetic damage is not covered.

All returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and appropriate credits and/or refunds will be issued for your order and any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with state law.

Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, and you will receive a full refund.

Made to Order Pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 
Orders canceled after 24 hours after placing your order, but before it has been shipped, will receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee.

Orders canceled after shipment, but before it has been delivered will receive a refund minus a 50% processing fee and shipping fees incurred.
Accessory cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, before the item ships. After that time cancellations are not available and our 14-day return policy applies. The Buy Now, Decide Later program gives you up to 90 days to choose a fabric for your order. If a fabric has not been chosen after 90 days, your order will be canceled and subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Damaged Items
Joybird is proud of our quality and craftsmanship. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us upon receipt, and we’ll make things right.

Promotions
In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received was dependent upon the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sales), and part of the order is canceled or returned after making the purchase, then the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Any refunds for items returned or canceled will be subject to this change.
Limited edition pieces are not eligible for promotional discount.

Price Adjustment Policy
If an item you purchased from us goes on sale, or is sold at a greater discount, within 14 days of your purchase date, we will issue a refund for the price difference. Items must have been purchased directly from Joybird.com or a Joybird showroom. Price adjustments exclude clearance, flash sales, online warehouse sales or other limited time promotions. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. To request an adjustment, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and proof of the lower price.
