Terrible Service, Product Broken when delivered ...
I ordered a Connor bed in November. The initial delivery was scheduled for late January, but the bed was not 'delivered' until April. Joybird did not notify me there was going to be a delay, I had to contact customer service on the 1st expected delivery date to get an update.
When the bed finally arrived, it was missing parts. The installer also mentioned there were bent brackets. ...

Beautiful statement piece
This bed looks even better in person. The quality is amazing - the bed is very sturdy and the fabric is very soft. It's really the statement piece in my bedroom and goes perfectly with everything else.

Terrible Customer Service ...
When my bed was finally delivered I had the worst experience with the delivery. Although I had paid for white glove delivery which included the assembly of the bed, I was left with a pile of wood in my foyer and no set up. There were no instructions for assembly, so the delivery men refused to set it up even after I printed out the directions. They were very rude and unprofessional and I had ...
