Great Purchase
Being able to change the orientation on the build was a huge plus for me. Great color, the purple looks different in person, so if you are weary about the hue, get a swatch. Easy to care for with two little dogs and super comfy.

Looks beautiful, but sagging ...
The couch fits perfectly in my room and looks great. The fabric is gorgeous. But, none of it matters if I can’t safely sit on it. I am a 140lb person and it bowes so much under my weight that my 180lb husband is afraid to use it. Add a leaping kid, and it’s a disaster waiting to happen. Makes IKEA look solid.
I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times to get extra legs ...

Gorgeous piece of furniture
This piece is really exquisite in its styling and clean lines, comfy but not indulgent. Docked one star because the back cushion situation is a little fussier than I would have liked, and this piece really demands that the cushions stay crisp in order to maintain the vibe. I had an issue with one of the cross-pieces breaking during quarantine and Joybird replaced the whole thing, no argument. Amazing.
