We ordered our rocker in February. It arrived last Thursday April 22 in damaged condition so we refused the package as per the delivery company recommendations. It looked like it wasn't even glued together. I have emailed and left numerous voice messages with no response from their poor customer service. Very disappointed in this company!

I am in love with my new chair! Quality and my fabric choice really are outstanding. Will definitely be back to joybird for furniture in the future :)

Scratches on Delivery
The Rocker looks nice but it has scratches on its arm and legs. I've sent pictures and email and have gotten no response. At this point I would not recommend buying online.
