Defected legs ...
I really love the color. The customer service is polite, but ineffective. The sofa was delivered about a six weeks late. When the sofa arrived, two of the legs were defected. The delivery guys was unable to assemble the sofa. I now have to wait another two weeks for warranty department to get back to me, shipped the new legs and then to schedule a technician to come out. Gorgeous Couch ...
I was so nervous about making this purchase. We had recently bought a different custom couch for several thousand dollars and it was terrible. But the fear was unnecessary: This is a really beautiful piece of furniture and I hope it lasts a long time (it seems very sturdy). It is very firm, but that's what we wanted. We love our new sectional! ...
Our Stowe sectional (in Key Largo Zenith Teal) came in yesterday, and we are so impressed! The build quality is incredibly sturdy... it feels like it will last forever. The seating is a bit on the firm side, but still very comfortable. We prefer our seating to be on the firm side (versus overly plush), and this was perfect. The color is very rich, and the fabric has a good level of softness. It suits ...
