This was a great choice (style + fabric) for our family. We have 2 small boys and a dog and it still looks good as new!

Could not be happier with our kiwi Elliot sofa, we lover the firmer, supportive cushions so you don't feel like you are being swallowed by your furniture, and the color is a happy, perfect spring green that brings all the neutrals and wood tones to life. Pillows are also excellent quality.

We love our sofa. It’s comfortable and so pretty. I have the grown up sitting room I’ve always dreamed of.

I love these sofas! I purchased two of the Eliot sofas about six months ago. I love the look and the fabric, they are quite firm but that is what I was looking for. My only very minor annoyances are that one of the buttons came off (easily fixed by a crochet needle- buttons are connected by a string through the cushion) and the bottom cushions slide out slightly every couple of weeks.

The Eliot Bench added a splash of color and acts as a coffee table, foot rest, or additional seating when entertaining. Our guests love it!

It’s not finished yet. But I’m loving my #joybird so far. What a fun change!!

Love, Love my two Eliot sofas! Everything from getting samples, ordering, and receiving my couches have been a no brainer. For the first time I’ve bought something for our home my husband and I both agree on. I had a minor incident where a tufted button cap came off. I’m pretty handy, I thought it would be an easy thing for me to fix. I got on their virtual assistant and told them my issue and asked for a replacement tufted button cap. They went above and not only made me a new cushion. When I asked for a button to have a back up cushion they didn’t send just one they made me a video on how to fix and provided me with two bags of tufted buttons! That’s what I call customer service! You will not be disappointed with your purchase! Joybird is A+ in my books!

We love our Eliot sofa in Royale Cobalt/Mocha. Very comfortable but firm. You don’t sink into it at all. Deep seats, so extra pillows are necessary for back support, but makes for a cozy slightly reclined posture. Not vertical and stiff. Long enough to easily lie down to relax. I’m 5’8” and have about 12” space to spare when lying down. We have gotten tons of compliments in the first weeks already.

Love love looooove! My husband and I had been eying Joybird furniture for quite some time. When it came time to replace our couches we went straight to Joybird. I think the hardest part is commiting on a color because there are so many gorgeous options. We decided on Key Largo Zenith Teal. It’s beautiful online but even MORE rich and beautiful in person. As the delivery men unwrapped the couches I squealed with delight! I personally love how deep the seats are. We are so happy with our purchase.

Just love my Eliot Sofa in Key Largo Zenith Teal. It actually arrived a week early. The craftsmanship is beautiful and although the frame is 2" smaller than my previous sofa, it actually has MORE seating/ lying down area. I like that it is firm and supportive. The fabric is rich in color and nicely woven.

Loving our new couch! Can't wait to get a second piece for our living room. We are tall folks and this couch is just the right height for us. My 6ft 2in hubby can stretch out on this for a nap. It's fairly firm, but the addition a few pillows has helped to make it a cozy couch.

This sofa is STUNNING. The Zenith Teal is a beautiful deep, rich, blue-green. I couldn't be happier!

We LOVE our Eliot Sofa. It’s perfect for our space. If you are hesitating at all, DON'T. I spoke with Katie a few times about our fabric choice and she was so helpful. I am so pleased with how it turned out. There is a great heathered quality to the Notion Flintstone fabric that I am more than pleased with. I really don’t think there is a bad fabric that Joybird carries. The sofa is large enough for my husband to stretch out and get comfortable. The fabric is durable and looks amazing. The cushions are comfortable but firm. There are zippers on all of the cushions for ease of washing. Super high quality lining even. JUST DO IT! You won’t be disappointed. OH did I mention they delivered 2 weeks EARLY!

Couch arrived about a week earlier than projected. It's a bit on the firmer side (which is what I expected) so will need to be worked in a bit. Customer service was able to seamlessly discount the couch after going on sale after purchase. Very satisfied with the overall build and quality materials used.

We absolutely love our new living room! We decided on the Eliot Sofa and Soto chair cushions in the Taylor Felt Grey fabric, which is perfect for a household with two cats. Thankfully, they do not claw furniture, but they can be rambunctious and launch themselves off the furniture. There has not been one snag or evidence of claws at all. It also hides pet hair very well. :) All of the pieces are beautifully made and very comfortable. Making such a big purchase online and from out of state was a huge leap of faith— I'm so glad I jumped! Thank you Joybird!

We purchased this couch over a year ago and we loved it so much we purchased a sleeper sofa for the basement. It is extremely comfortable and it works well with my style of decorating. I love an eclectic look and the couch compliments the entire room. After a year of sitting I noticed a small tear near one of the buttons, I took a photo and sent it to joybird. They responded immediately - they are going to replace the cushion, and they are making sure the fabric matches exactly. Now that is customer service! They are also extremely friendly on the email exchanges. I will purchase from them again in the future.

We love our new sofas! They look great and came pretty fast (3 weeks total from order to delivery for our ready-ship sofas). Because Joybird offers a great variety of sizes, we were able to get sofas that fit just perfect in our small den. The Eliot Twin Sleeper sits a bit higher and is a little more firm than the standard Eliot Sofa. Both are very comfortable - firm but not too hard. The turquoise fabric is beautiful and bold, but not overwhelming. We ordered a couple of yards of Lucky Turquoise fabric and reupholstered our vintage ottoman.

I love this sofa. Its sturdy but comfy. Its smaller than my last couch which means I have more room in my living room but still enough to lay down. When I showed a picture to my friend her response was, oh, so you think your fancy now. My dog and cat love it too.

Love the depth of this sofa. Perfect for all kinds of sitting, sleeping, and impromptu star chamber/grand jury visits.

We bought the Eliott sofa and love seat and the Soto chair about a year ago and we have been so pleased! Our experience with Joybird has been so positive. The couches are just as comfortable as the day that we bought them and look even better in person than we were expecting. Visitors consistently comment on the comfort and quality of couches/chair. I had to contact the company a few times and every time they have been quick to respond and helpful. It's not every day that one finds a company that delivers such top notch quality and stands by their product. I would definitely purchase from Joybird again.

I love my Joybird Eliot sofa and Lyle Leather Ottoman. The Dawson Brindle fabric is a perfect neutral for my design style and goes well with the mocha wood stain legs. I love that it's pet friendly as well. The ottoman is light enough to move around, so get comfy anywhere!

How much do I love my Eliot sofa? Well for the first half hour it was here I didn't even sit on it because I just enjoyed looking at it so much! It's a great size, I can fit 4 people on it which is great for hosting folks in a New York apartment. The in-home delivery really was worth it also. They were in and out in under 5 minutes and took all the packaging with them! I've got a back injury and the sofa is also firm enough to give me support but also comfy, not stiff at all. I'll 100% shop again.
