Sumptuous and Comfortable

What a joke! ...
This review is not for the Liam Sofa. I actually love this sofa! This is a review for the overall customer service, which is HORRIBLE!! I ordered the Liam Ottoman in November 2020 and have yet to receive it! It's April 2021. Getting any correspondence is a joke. When I finally do, the email is full of excuses. Worth the wait 100%
My new sofa is a dream come true. The color is fabulous and design superb. I am not one for naps but have taken several and it’s only my first week. Can’t wait to entertain.
